Sorry for the layoff:
Jodi had a good Christmas thanks in most part to everyone's efforts who reads this blog. She and her family received so much and they are very grateful. My mom and Robert stayed with her throughout Christmas Eve and Day. The rest of us came down on Christmas Day. Jodi was sitting up, talking (by covering her trachea), and moving both sides of her body. It was truly remarkable. She continues to work hard in all of her therapy and is learning to walk with better center of gravity.
I'm sorry I just posted all of your comments just now. I'll make sure Jodi reads them all today. Thanks again for everything everyone did to make sure this was a good Christmas for Jodi and her family.

Hi Jodi! I am not smart enough to use this comment page, so if you get this it will be truly amazing! Jim and I and our family have had you in our prayers ever since we learned about what was going on with you. Wow, you are doing so great! We love you, your mom, and all your family. I hope you get this! Love, Terrie & Jim
Jodi,
I tried to post on Christmas Day, but kept receiving an error message...anyway, I wanted you to know that I am thinking of you and your family and hoping for the best for all of you. I am sure this was a Christmas you will never forget, because the fact that you are still here is your own Christmas miracle. I am anxious for you to get released to your mom's house so I can come and visit you. Even my kids ask how you are doing. Though they don't know you, they can imagine how challenging this must be for your kids. Every time I talk about you, they ask if you are getting better...I am happy to let them know that are!!
Lots of love, warm thoughts and prayers for you, Robert, the kids and your families...
Jodi Brown
