Note from Jodi - March 16th

Jodi says, Thank you everyone who came to my mom’s home to celebrate my home coming. I was so overwhelmed with the love that all of you showed. I am amazed everyday by how much you care. I want to work harder to get better so that I do not disappoint any of you. When I get down and think that I will never get there, I think about how much all of you are cheering for me and it gives me as reason to keep going.

I love you!!!! Jodi

Dear wonderful Jodi!
You will always be an example of courage and strength. You are so amazing to our family. We are so grateful for the opportunity the Bishop encouraged us to take part in this past week to join with the ward in a fast for you to be able to regain your ability to swallow. Our children and we know that miracles will continue to pour out upon you. You will gain all the abilities you need. (When my (Lynnette's) sister was two, she survived a terrible bout with cancer. I know it was a direct result of our ward fasting for her to make it through. There was no other way. The children made our lunch lady crazy that day because only a few of them would eat lunch. Our children fasted with gladness for you, too.)
Though you may have times of discouragement, always keep the hope and even a glimmer of faith. Know that so many are praying for you. We have faith in you just as we have faith that God is holding you up and moving you forward. We will continue to pray for you. You are so dear to us!
Love,
Bryce and Lynnette McConkie (and of course, Michael, Abigail, Madisen, Joshua, David and Enoch)
